FIRM is immaculate, state of the art, welcoming and motivating. Members are friendly and supportive of one another. The ladies’ locker room is spotless (thanks to Maria), with fluffy white towels, bathrobes, orchids and Molton Brown products to boot.
My motto is “every day is an event”. At 57, my goals have expanded from not only being lean and fit, and to fit into my “skinny jeans”, but to preserve my bone density, my joints, my muscle mass, so that I may remain strong, limber and independent for all the years to come (and to teach my grand- children to ski☺).

My time at FIRM has been the most life changing experience.
So far I’ve lost 55lbs! I credit my trainer Patrick, who I cannot thank enough. He is a genius. I more importantly developed a confidence and sense of discipline I never thought was possible. The environment at FIRM is a very welcoming and encouraging place. Everyone at FIRM wants you to succeed and reach top potential. The past 6 or so months have changed the way I look at the world.

I've worked out my entire life through playing sports and then going to a gym. It always seemed like a chore to me that I just wanted to get over with. When I joined FIRM it changed my whole outlook on working out. I look forward everyday to going there. The staff is beyond friendly; my amazing trainer, Patrick has turned me into a super strong mom of 3, I can easily carry my 80lb. son and my 40lb. daughter at the same time. The equipment is all brand new and the facility is spotless. I am so grateful to have FIRM in my neighborhood minutes from my house, it's my home away from home.
