This membership begins on the date of purchase and is valid for three (3) consecutive months.

This is a paid-in-full, non-recurring membership and will automatically expire at the end of the 3-month term.

All sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, or freezes are permitted for this promotional membership.

This membership is valid for open gym access only and is not valid for current active members.

By purchasing this membership, I acknowledge that this is a binding agreement and agree to pay the full amount at the time of purchase.

I confirm that I am at least 16 years of age, or that a parent/legal guardian is signing on my behalf.

I agree to follow all Firm Athletics rules, guidelines, and code of conduct, and to treat staff and members with respect at all times while on the premises.
